Technical Features
1.Rectifier/Regenerative unit can feed regenerative the energy back to gird via ideal sine wave. Compared to the classical braking unit plus braking resistance, this technology is more effective in energy saving and beneficial to surrounding.
2.Current harmonics on line side is little, and the power factor of fundamental wave is close to 1(Full load).
3.Excellent performance of close loop vector control: Output torque is up to 200% at zero speed.
4.To simplify the system and maintain system conveniently, power unit of Rectifier is the same with inverter’s in hardware configuration.
5.To work together with common DC bus, rectifier and inverter adopt completely independent control solution.
6.Power-up logic control, brake control, over-speed protection and start-up torque previous compensation which ensure that the crane runs safely and reliably.
7.Adopts Profibus-DP , Modbus and Ethernet communication protocol.
8.Mater-slave control function fulfills power balance and speed synchronization of multi-motor application.
9.To control the system conveniently and decrease the costs, the 2nd control and switching function is available.
